Dont think it works like that. Lets say amazon know they will sell 500k lights in the Oct- Dec period. They would place that order in Aug. Once it leaves the lifx warehouse in Sept, its paid for by Amazon. I am sure this will all be explained to us over time, so that investor can fully breakdown the numbers.
