The only problem centro has is borrowing. They havents made losses or any other. So once this is secured then everything is back on track. Will just need to sell a few assets so not to be overly borrowed.
Some will wonder why they sold out.
However if it doesnt find a lender, then it will just need to sell a few extra assets so not to be overly borrowed.
