I continue to remain positive about the medium/longer term...

I continue to remain positive about the medium/longer term prospects but the biggest concern I have is that "value engineering" could erode our quality proposition. Many companies go down this path (as they should) but it is easy to be greedy and/or poorly manage the risk and reward equations. I hope that DM and probably more importantly Marc Alexander, are insisting on very well defined and thorough testing protocols before any product changes are signed off, no matter how much money the proposed new spec saves.
