ok so what if the Chinese are amazed someone agreed to pay $70m Lifx and would be content walking away with half that. They’re thinking there’s no way Dave will ever be able to pay the remaining amount? What if they’ve been selling their shares and exiting already? As things stand the company is going bust.

Remember the Chinese think so highly of being shareholders they turned away $10m of deals last year and $14m this year! Go on the Lifx website. 50% of their products are sold out!! I’d say the Chinese couldn’t give a damn anymore.
