They are paid to get results for THEIR clients and KAL is not one of their clients.
Anywhere Regal pop up they need retail punters to dump stock to.
Posters on forums like HC should be required to disclose if they are associated with funds management/broker operations.
KAL giving Regal a cheap reload was very poor decision and demonstrates their lack of interest in Retail.
