Why would costs be 'minimal' once installed and running?
To play the Devil's advocate, lets say "Installed and running and buggy"
NOTE: I am not saying that is/will be the case, its just the assumption that it will not be that I disagree with
And I believe my apples rant is still applicable, ideally you can understand my point of view - you don't have to agree with it, agreeing to disagree is fine, but my position - IMO - is justified by the wording of anns, and the track record of CRO/SPX
