Was it a single trade? - and no wonder we dropped a couple of pips.
3% of company in one transaction would make the buyer the single biggest holder and only 2 entities ( nominees) had over 100m at 31 august.
So someone has had enough, which I can well understand and maybe they see the writing on the wall
- without a good finance royalty deal ala HCH we're doing a CR at sub 005 and everyone gets at least 2m shares for $10k and existing holders are in for another loss of 50%.
The buyer though does see a favourable deal coming, so lets go with that for the time being.
