Not sure about that being a sentiment mate. The BOT is trying to hold it at .009, by buying 1's in tiny, drawing in .009 bids, which are given immediately, so I would hazard a guess that a prime broker bid .008 for the full amount, and is controlling distribution. They'll hit the .008's as soon as they've cleared enough to be able to risk it running as low as .007 or less
