Nice post.
Bit light on with the Capex as you need to include plant engineering, pit design, tailings and EPA, preoccument management consulting contractors, mine site and all regulatory approvals...but the Capex can be contained with existing used moduline refineries available and still achieve your numbers.

Some installations achieved a 50% savings when compared to new installs. These type of plants are designed to increase capacity as the project develops by additions to the flow sheet via takeoff points.
Lots of water under the bridge need before we're at DTM stage.
