There was a $500 application fee (no-refundable)
A $1 per acre license fee (25% payable upfront).
It was a competitive bid process, but not in the sense of $$ bid, but rather $$ proposed for exploration expenditure.
So US$182,000 is the initial cost all up, with many millions of forecast expenditure.
Linc stated in the Half yearly report that the award of the tenements had no immediate cash cost and that the real cost is the exploration commitment over the next seven years (page 5).
There is also a 5% gross production royalty payable if they go into production.
