Full metal FMM-TSX gave up on the lease after local opposition to another coal mine in the area. More likely to have success with ucg. Fmm lease $4 per acre and yearly rental $4 plus 5% of gross value of coal sold,but this might be different. Researched quite a bit on this area re coal and black range resources. Jonesville coal mine (BLR) and Usibelli already trying to get coal mine permits in the area.
