I have another question re directors buying. I have heard in the past that when you get a director buying you know it will be at least two weeks until a price sensitive announcement. However the company is prohibited from "sitting on" any such announcement and must publish it as soon as it is known. My question is if a director has to tell shareholders as soon as he/she gets the information then they cant possibly know in advance when a price sensitive announcement is coming and therefore director buying should have no relation to price sensitive announcement. I know that this sounds naive but if your board is honest should this not be true.
