Re your question - No back seat for CTL. In fact LNC are suggesting publicly CTL will ramp up in Q1 2010. Its more of choice to put another ball in the air and to demonstrate that LNC has a multi-pronged approach.

Technically looking solid - MACD has crossed and a move into positive territory would help. Stochastics around oversold levels on daily, weekly and monthly. Thus, I would have thought probabilities lie more with a move up, rather than a move down (assuming world markets behave). Uncharacteristic trading pattern the last few weeks suggests something is going to happen.
