Good long term view - but I think we're headed south with the rest of the market. Also teresa well overdue, and all of these acquisitions arent providing any cashflow - which will come increasingly under focus whilst the market is so heavy.

You can see that PB is confident on future cashflows and asset sales by acquiring these cheap assets - im just worried that the market wont view it the same way given current sentiment.
