re: Ann: FSE: LINC ENERGY TAKES STRATEGIC STA... A $1.8m investment for 9.6% of coy and gas and oil rights is a very good cheap deal. The interesting part of the deal ( which we may never get the details of) is how they will they manage the rights of the JV mining as against what LNC want to have access to?

The remaining problem is cash flow now or soon. I was doing some back research on EOM and came to realise that the pumping of CO2 flooding into old reservoirs, besides a lot more work in workovers and ongoing maintenence to ensure pressure remains and builds up, is not proportionate to oil flow. It can take 12 to 18 months to build up the pressure sufficiently to push the oil out. Once pressure is reached, then less CO2 is required. In fact, the oil flowing with greater viscosity now has to have the CO2 removed and reinjected. More costs. This means less CO2 needed to be supplied externally. Management balancing of resources demand.
So for the price to be rising fundamentally, we need not only cash from Theresa, but also genuine income from being a producer. The future of their assets is great, but technology stocks have a habit of taking a lot longer than is led to believe.
