    1. Already has Resources of 286,000 oz Au a@ 9.3 g/t (indicated & inferred)
    2.Potential to increase it through drilling starting in July
    3. Has a plant and machinery     Extensive (processing plant, decline)
    4. Permits
    5. Near production once we get transaction settled on 11th June
    6. Assest in USA
