sometimes the "equity line credit facility" will have some "strange" terms attached .......

while I only know the asx announcements, sometimes clause such as

min daily turnover
min corp cash requirements

are incld ....

equity line facilities are reliant upon there being a market - so they can execute and make their %, and trade out / I n.....

doesn't "smell" very nice to me.... (imho)
