IMO the backup funding option was a much better outcome for investors.
What were WKT's forecast margins for the project? divide that by 25-50% and work out how much money Gemcorp is going to receive.
The interest rates are 10% higher than the CRDB banks funding option that had no free margin, this is hardly a good outcome for existing shareholders.
