Gemcorp will benefit from an upside participation based on a percentage of free cash flow, after debt servicing for the 3-year period of the loan as apprised to an issue of shares and options. Must have one fabulous due diligence call on Gemcorps behalf. And here Spid81 has been continually make false claims Lindi’s DFS is faulty. Another wrong call from the guy that’s never wrong. I’m excited by this announcement and its DFS implications. Nowhere does it state the loan cannot be refinanced which once again is another bad call by Spid.
