With a project with the strongest economics globally, the interest rate is as expected and more importantly is easily serviceable : )))))))

All other *cough* Graphite projects will ultimately not ever be worthy of debt funding anywhere in the world anytime soon.

I go back to the first days I sat across the table from Alan Mulligan and Tom Murrell tor the first time with Mike in late 2018 and I said back then this project can withstand 30% up to 50% interest rates and be able to give away a full year of revenue to get the project funded as an African project that was still covered in bushland at the time.

NO OTHER Graphite PROJECTS are even eligible for debt funding as they are simply unworthy.
