And building a tailings dam usually means taking out ore, lining said dam and stockpiling ore removed which hasn't been used for retaining. Of course you need ore to process to remove the graphite, leaving over residue to put into tailings dam. Who are you to say that some of the identified ore won't be stockpiled for processing and waste used for the tailings dam build? Haul roads are built out of ore to be processed as the road is reclaimed. I'm sure they will have someone who knows about the recovery of graphite under in or near infrastructure, considering there will be earthworks to build said infrastructure. Why are you on here non holder?
