When an end user agrees to buy 40,000tpa he or she is required to purchase the lot under contract.
When a trading organisation agrees to represent/market up wards to a maximum 40,000tpa. It means they will benefit upwards to 40,000tpa of fees and commissions. If, she or he can't sell the volume than less fees/commissions and the ravers bear the risks and more tapping on the shoulders of the sophisticated community.
