Ah thanks Croc just what I was looking for. "The investor.." from the above would be WKT. So WKT have the option to buy out the remaining 30% for US$1 mil per Licence. In light of what we have the terms are very cheap.
From Oct 2016 announcement, looks like we have another very sizable high grade deposit that they want to drill next:
This will at least double our resource size once drilled and if those super jumbo flakes are abundant that will see us closer to MNS valuation soon enough. We're only about 12 months behind in development, or maybe less due to our smaller scale less intensive development.
