You are correct sirrobbo, WKT hasn't finished commissioning, they thought it would take 2 months, we are now into the 7th month.
they claimed on the 2nd the plant would only need several more weeks until Jinpeng would satisfy the hand over requirements, yet that was 2 months ago.
Keep on dreaming about those Jumbos, I cannot see your dream coming true, but we have been discussing this for years and our views have always been miles apart.
