I think it is unlikely anyone is accumulating shares as the daily volume is insignificant. I do find it interesting the large wall at 11 cents is the same price as WKT's previous CR, or the other alternative is the SP is being kept in this range as this shareprice Jinpeng will be issues shares at once they complete commissioning.
I am not fussed by the promoters not engaging. Its alarming they are not willing to discuss WKT's current issues (Jinpeng, production, output, purity, funding, opex) they would much prefer to discuss future expansion or downstream processing. I personally don't see why anyone would even consider these options if the mine isn't viable in its current format and cannot produce the jumbo's that are used for down stream processing.
