Anyone wanting to accumulate this stock would have to have rocks in their head.
The "tell" of sellers at 11 cents is the mouse in the room whereas there are a herd of elephants crammed in there as well - crippling debt, missing jumbo flakes, plant availability, Jinpeng commissioning issues etc.
