Well it's interesting looking back at previous WKT HC commentary about similar capping of the SP,
Check out EWexplorers' post from September 2018.
Less than 8 days later WKT launched an SPP to raise $3mil with the shares being issued at 9 cents per share, (SP at the time of the reported capping 13.5 cents)

As you know WKT mentioned they need to inject a minimum of US$2mil into Lindi Jumbo due to the changes of the loan agreement with Gemcorp.
It will be interesting to see what happens over the next few days/weeks.
