How did you come to that conclusion?
WKT is sending the pilot orders to be validated, if they fail to live up to the customer's expectations, you won't see a sales agreement with these customers, the other alternative will be selling the graphite for a discount. (goodbye to premium prices)
Anway, WKT is still yet to address the issues of its jumbos, if these don't arrive you will most likely be another SYR producing graphite that is salable but being unviable mining operating.
