Hi Stirer
Have you compared the update OPEX in this announcement versus the DFS?
In simple terms the OPEX per tonne is forecast to be US$420 - 450 per tonne, plus the blowout in transport which will increase the cost from $65 to 99 per tonne.
WKT's OPEX and delivery to port will be US$520-550 per tonne plus they need to cover Wogan's costs,
This is a significant blowout from the DFS forecast of US$347 per tonne, can you imagine how much of a blowout the OPEX would be if they needed to run those diesel generators?
If you add in Gemcorps loan repayments and the lower graphite prices WKT provided in their recent presentation, I would love to know how WKT will cover all of their costs if they cannot find all those missing jumbos.
Anyway, Its good to see you guys are pointing out the diesel savings, you guys will need to save every dollar you can to stay viable.
