Thank you for confirming you were wrong earlier when you stated

The weight does not change when graphite is expanded, it is the volume that increases. Your image clearly shows the difference between expanded graphite verse graphite concentrate. no doubt you might start to understand why expandable graphite costs more, after processing you need to ship 3 times the volume, i.e what would normally fit in one shipping container would need to be installed into multiple containers which increases the costs.
