WKT product they are intending to sell is graphite concentrate, which can be expanded by downstream processing, Expanded graphite is the finished product after processing.

Sparecash points out, many companies can produce graphite that can expand, all graphite has different expansion ratios. this doesn't mean that higher expansion ratios will replace smaller expansion rates.
