It wouldn't make sense to run the plant for 48 hours, complete the handover, and then realize you let the experts leave when you had the capacity to keep them on-site for training, teaching, and fine-tuning.
Once the handover is complete, the downrampers can then shift their focus back to conversations around vessel names and tarp colours.
