My interpretation that he confirmed the plant can operate for 48 hours, it's only when graphite is pumped through the processing facility it is unable to handle the feed, That is why the dialing back is occurring.

It also appears Mike is reacting to the HC commentary, I wonder if he can tweet the successful delivery of Lindi's first Shipment to Europe. It is only meant to take 30-40 days for the ship to arrive, if the graphite left in early July as stated in the ASX announcement, it should be unloaded and delivered to the prospective customers.
