You got it wrong again with your Dark Sided negatives.
It didn’t take us years to build The Plant even when we went through the Covid Epidemic when most countries were shut down for a period something that you don’t want to acknowledge.
Commissioning takes time to complete and generally is still ongoing when Production occurs.
We have the SP developing correct but we doesn’t include you as it’s my understanding that your a Non Holder - correct.
