"Expected"to generate positive net operational cash margins blah blah blah. Haven't you learnt from experience? Cunningham expected to build the whole project in 7 to 9 months and here we are 30 months later. He knew about Covid and the shipping issues when he repeatedly claimed the build would be 7 to 9 months so that is not a legitimate excuse.
