Did you know WKT use to have 167 Mil shares on issue when they were looking at securing funds for China 'Silk Road'. I do recall the Chinese wanted 50% of the Lindi project in exchange for providing the funding.

Fast forward to 2021.

WKT is yet to secured funding, they have shopped around for a better deal and even tried the high interest Nordic Bond market, all of the prospective investors have walked away.

WKT has now 348 mil shares on issue, with no funding, no cash in the bank, or operating mine and currently looking at raising funds (QTR cashflow report statement)

Sometimes the first off you are given is the best offer you will receive. WKT would at least have an operating mine with a similar number of shares on issue.
