Semi has been constantly claiming funding was soon to arrive. These are just a few posts of Semi's in 2 weeks.

Spid ,You have no clue Again what Mike and the six share holders believe or found out during their own DD befor parting with $5 million , there is a reason why they contributed , they had enough confidence full funding is iminant , iiB DD was almost done ,If funding was subject To any government change in policy ? I would not have contributed If that was known ,I suggest you take you frustrations Out with the non performing management you and otheres Are on about at the KNL site and stop annoying us here.

Spid , now your being silly ,WKT obviously has good use for this $5 million NOW and not 6 weeks time , the 6 WKT lenders after doing their DD and confident WKT are very close to full funding , do you not understand that ? the 6 lenders are satisfied enough to transfer $5 million of their cash to WKT's account, you would't want to get in the way one of these buddy while in transit to the Lindy Jumbo project

Beaten by a stick is pretty nasty Cap , I think you should re consider real quick or do a runner , WKT will get financed , regulatory paperwork and final DD sign off all ways takes longer , DD sign off could drop any day now , Always look on the bright side of life Cap , could be a small stick ?

THe EGM on the 22nd November is a done deal by zdog13 , bugger all dilution is the big win for WKT share holders , you will have to wait for the the term sheet for the rest.

This is why long term investors, new investors and trolls like watch and learn are here , WKT has the potential to go 5 to 10 times your investment from here quickly , the ones that have no position will keep screaming louder, the ones that understand the the way Paretos work are buying , I also agree those participating in the Loan Note would have formed part of Paretos DD and could be just one or 2 ? given the next 2 or 3 weeks to the AGM and see a fully funded WKT ? what price then ?

WKT's other projects , Scotland copper gold , 4 ultra high grade Ireland VMS targets , 90 line kilometers of spodumine in Namibia waiting to be drilled and they ask why USD $40 million when the project only needs $27 Million go figure? all in my opinion.
