Yes Steve but is the Equity Component the precondition. I'm more than happy for you to sit around waiting for that Cap Raise announcement. If ME is saying funding is making good progress then I guess you'll just have to sit and wait. No Cash Raise steve. Equity Component Is Now A Precondition To Full Funding Announcement. How much was that Equity again. $10M-$15M. Peanuts. Good deals take time. Once you give a portion of your company away steve it's gone forever. Be patient. NLN.
