Looking at the graph below the fines pricing is evidence of over supply of fines which is reducing competition within the market…At these prices project are becoming unsustainable or high cost with reduced revenue…Care and maintenance
Lindi project is vastly different underpinned by premium expandable markets and coatings…End users require a reliable supply where Lindi processing plant is becoming validated it sits right in the right place at the right time..With current pricing for fines new development is not possible while running costs up front CAPEX costs and inflation concerns Lindi will have a longer time to offer a solution to the Westerners and sift away from China’s supply chain…
I keep wondering at what stage Lindi reserve stockpile will utilised free dig and ready for processing with similar distribution to Lindi DFS model…
