The letter was submitted weeks ago in preparation for draw down now.
It appears the bank said nothing about the letter being insufficient until WKT submitted an invoice via the approved project engineer and asked for some money.
Had the bank fully reviewed the letter within a week or two of receiving it WKT could have resubmitted and this situation avoid - perhapes that is why it was submitted weeks before it was needed.....
I'm frustrated with the bureaucracy of the bank not WKT management.
