I highly doubt WKT will receive the full credit for the early start works.
The Tanzania bank announcement detailed - allowable construction credits

Jinpeng's equipment is still sitting in China. - cannot be assessed

The RAP cost IMO do not meet the requirements of construction credits

The only works that I would consider likely to achieve credit is the US$500k that TNR completed - Earth works.
