4 million PROFIT a month. That is USD as well right?
Even if $1200 is only $1000 - I feel it could be just as likely that once the plant is at full speed that the 20% drop in basket price could be compensated by more volume (if there is extra demand.
I like the number of 4 million to work with.
- 1 million to put towards paying off the loan (2 years for total repayment, give or take a bit)
- 1 million towards more prospecting around the site
- 1 million towards plant upgrades
- 1 million paid back to WKT from loans (not dividends - repayments)
So if WKT is making say only 10 million (round down) does that count as revenue? I don't think loan repayments without profit count as taxable income?
$10million USD = $13.5million AUD
divided by 500million shares (worst case) that makes close to 3c a share with a lot of worst case rounding up and rounding down.
That is still looking a lot like a $1 share - and that is not counting and news from drilling Black Craig, or Amani, or news of Lindi site growth, or that Lindi is quickly becoming debt free!
