No...! Andrew was clear there are cost savings from persuing the different tenders...Thank you again for your thesis, Did you manage to come up with Mpa results while doing this study...? It appeared as though they were improving the plant to capture upside...Mainly Flake size preservation...The DFS would be inclusive of bottlenecks studies including costing for alterations for removal of Bottlenecks...For example extra flotation tanks, extra dryers and capacity in footprint. for these to be seamless...
These are areas of improvement that will be developed first...I did note the reference to weekly enquiries from interested end-users coming forward now that development had started...$$$ Best of luck
