Thank you for confirming you didn't understand the announcement.
The BKT announcement stated they had agreed the FCI with the Government of Tanzania, where the ownership of the 16% FCI (shares) would be set up in a new company. They are currently in the process of issuing the shares to the Government of Tanzania.
WKT management has confirmed they are yet to get to this point, but you and your friends cannot see you are wrong when the information is right there in front of you.
