Interesting WKT has required to enter into a BOOT agreement for the following items.
0 Offices
o Accommodation
o Dining & Canteen
o Water purification & sewage plants
o Medical o Training Centre
o Change rooms

These Items were all included in the companies CAPEX, has WKT exceeded the CAPEX of the project where they have now required to enter into a Hire purchase arrangement to keep on the project on budget?
