With the time already expired in Suspension and the fact Lindi still has 150 workers onsite, surely this is proof enough the ASX is happy that WKT are meeting their ongoing Disclosure Obligations. Apparently not for some! They want it spelt out so they can use it to continue to dump on WKT/Lindi IMO.

No Mining Project would receive such an attractive funding deal and advance to the level of Lindi Jumbo without significant contributions/support from in Country (Tanzania) and Shareholders. WKT is no longer a Penny Dreadful! DYOR.
