Who said a bridging loan was going to be required or announced?
From the announcements it sounds like the onsite contractors were happy to proceed with good faith that once the CRBD funding finally goes thru that they will get paid. Sure if it takes more than the 2 month suspension they might get a bit antsie then - but for now I've not seen anything from the company about a bridging loan.
Like you said *if* a bridging loan is required to keep things moving on site one of the T40 might loan a mill or 2 to settle some invoices. However I predict nothing will get shipped from China until the bank loan is released.
Hell even the GoT want this project to be a success, maybe they would help out for a short term loan???
