The base of the TSF needs to be completed, Tick, The height of walls, can be raised when required, as long as the base height is complete will be sufficient the mine can start. A pity so much high-grade graphite keeps being located from the surface...
Abridging loan logically is only a smaller amount to keep the project moving, not the full amount...The project has not stopped on-site, while the ships are critical pathway if delayed...Nothing in it for you...
