   Walkabout Resources Ltd (“the Company” hereby requests a voluntary suspension extension to the Company’s securities and provides the following information in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2. 1.
   The Company requests a voluntary suspension, pending an announcement regarding the drawdown of the CRDB project debt.
   2. The voluntary suspension to remain until the earliest of the Company releasing an announcement concerning the suspension itself or the commencement of trading on Thursday, 4 August 2022.
   3. We expect the voluntary suspension will end by the Company making an announcement.
   4. The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
