WKT have always said from day 1, that we will sign Binding Offtake agreements with our client's, 1 month before we are in production.

The reason, for this that the longer we wait to sign off take, the higher price we get.

If you didn't know, that if we signed off take agreement's 12 months ago, then we would of gotten 30% LESS, for our product.

So the way I see it, I am glad that we are waiting a few extra month's for the price to go Up.

But if the management of WKT signed at lower price 12 months ago, guess what would of happen, we would all be ringing WKT, saying how stupid they where.

IMHO.

Thank you Rossi70 - yes, I completely understand that logic.

We are not talking 12 month old off take agreements. We are talking agreements cemented by 30 June, 2022. In other words, in “today’s” improved price conditions.

Therein lies the conundrum.
